Urgent healthcare advice is available 24 hours a day via NHS 111 both online and over the phone. Calls to NHS 111 are free and NHS 111 may be able to offer advice, or they may pass your call to the Wirral GP Out of Hours Service (if the surgery is closed) which is based at Arrowe Park Hospital, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH49 5PE. 111 are also able to liaise with the surgery when it is open if they feel a patient needs to speak or see a GP on that day.

The GP Out of Hours Service provides telephone advice and face to face appointments where appropriate at Arrowe Park as well as home visits to people who are housebound.
