Prescriptions
Here at CWP we are working towards 'Paperfree' working and would request if possible, that you request your prescription via email, your local pharmacy or through an online access app e.g. NHS App or Patient Access. We can also accept paper requests posted through the letterbox of the front door or handed into reception.
For any email requests for medications, please ensure you include your full name, date of birth and the exact items of medication that you require: cmicb-cheshire.willastonsurgery@nhs.net
We require 3 working days to process any requests before they can be collected. Please ensure you order your medication around 1 week before it runs out to allow for the 3 days processing time at the surgery and the pharmacy time to have your medication ready for collection.
Please note – we cannot take repeat requests over the telephone.
