After numerous requests for parents and footballers not to use the surgery carpark to take their kids to school or football it is still happening. Today we put notices on the cars as patients couldnt get parked only for one gentlemen to come in and throw the note at the receptionist, another man was asked by the receptionist if he wasnt a patient to please move his car, to which he responded “why?” and proceeded to say “are all these other cars patients?”.. This behaviour will not be tolerated and certainly isnt acceptable. We have a large elderly patient base and it is very unfair if they cannot get parked in the carpark to attend their appointments. Can we ask that some respect is shown towards staff and patients and if you do not have an appointment, then do not use the carparking facilities during surgery hours.
By all means when the surgery is closed there is no problem making use of the carpark at your own risk.
Many thanks
