These can be ordered at the surgery in person, by letter or by emailing the surgery. We require 3 working days to process any requests before they can be collected (if received when the surgery is closed the next working day counts as the received day hence the prescription will be ready for collection the day after. Please also note we do not process prescriptions over the weekend).
Alternatively, these can be ordered on line via “Patient Access” but to use this facility you must obtain details and a password from a member of the reception team and produce 2 forms of ID, one photo and one proof of address.

We also to accept repeat prescriptions via email email@example.com – Please note requests by email will be processed in the same way. Simply send an email with your name, address, D.O.B and the repeat items you require.
