OUR PPG MEETINGS ARE CHANGING!!
Following on from the fantastic news on being Number 1 Surgery in Cheshire!
We have decided to CHANGE how we run our PPG MEETINGS. This is to encourage new members, giving them the chance to express their views and interact with the surgery and staff. We see the PPG as a very positive feature and have proven to be very informative over the years. However we know there are people that can’t always attend in the evenings etc or perhaps who don’t like to speak in a large forum….. so this is your chance.
The PPG will now be held within the Surgery on a weekday for the duration of 1hour ie 12.30-1.30pm. This will also guarantee the attendance of a GP at the meeting as well as the PPG Lead (Mr John Woodrow), Practice Manager and Office manager.
We would like 6 patient volunteers to attend and to ensure it is fair, it will be 6 different patients each time and they will be notified by the surgery. So, to get your name on the list please contact the surgery and give your contact details, you can do this by calling 0151 327 4593, emailing wcccg.willastonsurgery@nhs.net, or drop in a note to the surgery in person.
Every patient will have the opportunity to add to the agenda whether attending or not, this can be done by passing on your items to John Woodrow johnwoodrow@btinternet.com or call 07802485132.
Minutes from each meeting will be posted on the Surgery website and printed copies available from the surgery on request.
If there is anything major or of great concern that will affect the patients then by all means John Woodrow will arrange a PPG to be held in the usual hall
Many thanks
Anna Commander
Practice Manager
