Essential Support list for High Risk Patients

Above is the link to the NHS 111 website where you can get a sicknote for self-isolation:
Lots of people have been contacting the practice to request a sicknote for your employer if you are self-isolating.
Unfortunately this is something we are unable to do at this time.
Also use the links above for some useful information for those who may be struggling through the pandemic. If anyone needs any help at all and not getting it, please contact the surgery. Please remember that essential food parcels from the government are for those deemed high risk who cannot leave the house at all over the 12 week period. If you have family you can rely on or friends then try and use them in the first instance to allow those that don’t have a support network the chance to get what they need.
Thank you once again to everyone who has volunteered with the surgery, we will be in touch as things come up. We are overwhelmed by everyone’s generosity over the last week, bringing us home made cake, tea, coffee, biscuits etc, it is very much appreciated and the GP’s also extend their thanks.
Stay Safe
